Stu and Jayne Zehngut are the owners of L. A. Art Exchange. Moving to Los Angeles from Arizona and Ohio over 30 years ago, they consider themselves California natives. They have worked together to establish a premier custom framing facility. For over 25 years at the same location, their vision has been to provide the Santa Monica and greater Los Angeles area a unique retail experience based upon uncompromising service, superior product quality and competitive pricing. Through their education, training and vendor relationships, L.A. Art Exchange maintains state of the art machinery, finest quality materials and cutting edge frame styles.
Ali Shoemaker is a Certified Interior Designer. Her background in design dates all the way back to her childhood where her early experience was in her mother's interior design studio. She has a degree minor in Art History and has been involved with the local LA art community and artists for over ten years. She enjoys balancing good aesthetic design principles with personality to create the best design for each individual client.
Matthew Kalin spent most of his time drawing, creating art, and building as an adolecent. He has a degree in Industrial Design from Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids Michigan. His passion is product design and he enjoys seeing the transformation of an artpiece, from conception to completion.
Curtis Schwab has his Bachelor of Fine arts specializing in Interior Design from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, Washington. He strives to bridge the artwork with interior decor to eccentuate the environment. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, home improvement, and boating.
