Linen mounting is a process for preserving and restoring posters. It will reinforce and stabilize a vintage or collector poster by gluing it with wheat paste to acid free paper and canvas. Once a poster has been linen mounted, it provides a base for paper replacement, color restoration and the minimization of tears and folds.
